Hello, spring! Birds are chirping, flowers are blooming, and you are noticing your home could use a little attention. Whether you want a simple room refresh or you need a complete renovation, now is the perfect time to plan how you can make home your happy place.
Since home improvement is our specialty, we're here to help you every step of the way. Let's get started!
Spring Home Improvement Guide
Begin by asking yourself a few questions:
• Which rooms do I use the most?
• What are those spaces missing?
• What can I afford?
Home renovations start with dreams, but the reality is they take time and money. You should choose an experienced design-build firm you can trust. A reliable company will treat the project like it is their own, ensuring you get the most for your investment.
Here are 5 spring home improvement projects to consider:
1. New Front Door and Windows
If your home's exterior is lacking pizzazz, a new entryway will add extra curb appeal. Energy efficient windows lower your heating and cooling bill, saving you money. Now that's a smart investment!
2. Clutter-Free Closets
Springtime stirs the urge to clear out the clutter. Take your bedroom, kitchen, and garage from a mess to organized success with Closetmaid® brand wire and laminate shelving.
3. Soft, Muted Color Schemes
White color palettes are still popular, but there's an alternative that complements a fresh, springy feel: shades of gray. From charcoal to pale blue gray, muted tones provide a gorgeous backdrop for playful, seasonal accents.
4. Freestanding Tub
Built-in whirlpool bathtubs are declining in popularity, but homeowners who still want a relaxing soak are turning to freestanding tubs. Master baths that feel more like decorated rooms than practical spaces are popular; adding a stylish freestanding tub becomes the bathroom's luxurious focal point.

5. KOHLER Choreograph® Shower Wall and Accessory Collection
Since spring is the time for refreshing and renewing, the bathroom is the perfect space to focus on. Kohler's new Choreograph shower collection is the essence of clean and organized. It can be custom designed to meet your needs.
